17:9. اگر وہ مُجھ سے لڑ سکے اور مُجے قتل کر ڈالے تو ہم تُمہارے خادِ م ہو جائینگے پر اگر مَیں اُس پر غالب آؤ ں اور اُسے قتل کر ڈالوُں تو تُم ہمارے خادِم ہو جانا اور ہماری خِدمت کرنا ۔ پھر اُس فِلستی نے کہا کہ مَیں آج کے دِن اِسرائیلی فَوجوں کی فِضیحت کرتا ہُوں ۔ کوئی مرد نِکالو تاکہ ہم لڑیں ۔
